Return and Exchange Policy


If your item is damaged or missing parts, we’ve got you covered! Please complete our RETURN & EXCHANGE form. Our sales team will contact you shortly.


Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 days from the purchase date (Invoice Date).
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Be in its original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Personalized or custom-made orders.
  • Items that have been assembled
  • Open-box items.


Required Documentation:
A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to process returns.


Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund posting times vary).
  3. Reach out to your bank (processing delays are common).
  4. If the issue persists, please contact to Sales Team. Our sales team will respond shortly.


Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for a different color, size, or product? We’re happy to help! To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Fill out our RETURN & EXCHANGE form, and our team will contact you within 48 hours. We will provide a return shipping label for sending the item to our warehouse.


Note:
Return shipping costs apply to all exchanges and will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the nearest Decovita Warehouse.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Bathroom Vanities Product Warranty
All products carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, unless marked as closeout or clearance. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by harsh abrasives, chemicals, or cleaning solutions.


Warranty Process:

  • Claims must be submitted to the original place of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • At our discretion, we may repair or replace the item.


Important Notes for Bathroom Vanity Purchases:

  • Customers must report any shipping damage with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping labels. Depending on the damage, Decovita may retouch or replace the vanity.
